Why do we want what we can not have!

It is amazing that it has only been around 34 hours and already, I have wanted a hot chocolate drink... lol

I got through the mental craving, as I feel it was too early for a physical craving in the challenge.

However, I had a really good morning so far, breakfast was huge and healthy and I had a cup of tea without sugar or honey, and I surprised myself and really enjoyed the cup of tea. I am good with coffee, I have my coffee black, with no added sugar or milk, but tea was one of my many sweet treats. I did not realise how much I was eating with high levels of sugar content in foods. This will be a great insight to re-calibrate my metabolism and phycological cravings. Leanne

I am going sugar free this September to raise funds and awareness for people living with neuromuscular conditions such as Muscular Dystrophy.

My fundraising efforts will give kids and adults with neuromuscular conditions access to specialised care, educational resources and support, better treatment options, stronger community ties, and direct services such as kid’s camps and adult retreats.
