Teams

Create a Team!

Taking part in challenges is always more fun when you do it with other people! Your team will keep you motivated and you can work together to fundraise and support kids and adults with a neuromuscular condition!

Our top 3 reasons for getting your mates on board:

  1. Keep up the motivation - keep each other accountable, swap your favourite recipes, host a sugar-free dinner party together and share words of encouragement if cravings strike.

  2. Chance to re-connect - stay close to friends, family or colleagues across the state, country or world by doing the challenge together. You'll make new memories, share the ups and downs, and have an excuse to keep the group chat going with tips and inspo all month long.

  3. Many hands make light work – Smashing your fundraising goal is easy and fun when you do it with a team. Share top donation tips, spice it up with some competitions, host a fundraising event together, and reach your goal faster when you're all working together.

Plus, as a team you could win some sweet prizes!
