Just remember when you are planning, the most important thing is variety. Eating the same meals over and over each week may seem like the easy thing to do - but our guts love an array of foods and having lots of different things helps to keep our gut healthy and thriving.
And guess what?
When you have a healthy gut you’re much less likely to experience food cravings. Particularly those sugar cravings.
