Hi There!
Hi Everyone
For those who do not know my AMAZING son Connor was diagnosed Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy when he was just 4 months old. Currently there is no cure for Connors condition so our family, friends and I are raising funds for Muscular Dystrophy NSW by the way of Sugar Free September.
There are many ways for you to help this great cause. You can donate on the link, join our team or do Sugar Free September yourselves and raise money for a great Charity.
