Sugar Free September
Hello, welcome to my page 😊, I never thought Sugar free September would be an easy challenge. I love my chocolate, cakes, chips, cookies and anything sweet.It's a great way to get back into fitness and change those bad habits into good habits. I won't lie I have caved into Fresh cream cake on Father's Day. A 30 or 40g boast chocolate, and 1 coconut biscuit.
But gosh I feel so much better, cleaner and mind is changing from negative to positive, feeling more energy, feeling less tired and just drinking a lot of water.
I'm proud to be part of Muscular Dystrophy challenge. The last time I did something for this charity would have been more than 15 years ago and that was buying a merchandise. Participating in challenge and being part of this movement has been an amazing experience. Thank you Team.

I am going sugar free this September to raise funds and give SWEET opportunities to kids living with the challenges of muscle wasting conditions, such as Muscular Dystrophy.
